Underground Tanks To Store Hazardous Chemicals
Our tanks are built as per the norms of explosive department of Government of India. Vent pipes are affixed with these tanks which facilitate the passing of the solvent chemicals from tanks to the drums. For safety reasons, earthing is done to these tanks to avoid static and fire proof pumps are connected with the vent pipes.
Automatic Drum Refilling System
Our easy-to-operate and static free system helps workers set filling parameters for effective material control. It minimizes operator exposure to hazardous materials and reduces container handling. It helps us to easily configure, set values, target values, fill and fine-fill values with an auto spill mode and blending proportions.
Drumming
The setup is installed at the port itself which can oversee the drumming capacity for more than 2000 drums per day. We provide duty-free drumming assistance in UN approved MS steel drums to foreign suppliers making our manufactory, a re-export hub for chemical industries across the world.
Blending
We have extensive, technologically backed machines, automatic stirrers and huge inventory of solvent chemicals such as acetone, toluene, IPA and methanol. With these, innumerable permutation and combination of thinners can be manufactured at our plant thereby dispensing quality blends to our clients.
Palletizing & Stretch Wrapping
Wooden Pallets are a flat transport structure, which support goods in a stable fashion while being lifted by a forklift. Drums are arranged in a matrix 2x2 above these fumigated pallets to provide full support and even contact for the bottom of the drum to minimize drum sag between pallet boards. For stretch wrapping we use high quality stretched film (typically made from polyethylene) that's wrapped around the drums to keep them protected from outside and moisture-free from inside.
